The culture of Rajasthan:- The land of royalty is a glittering jewel set on the golden sands of a baren deserts landscape. Its cultural heritage has been sustained and is rich over for centuries. The essential part that has emerged into the lives of the folks here is the RAJASTHANI ARTS, CULTURE AND CRAFTS. The colours, unique in concept and workmanship, the arts and handicrafts in Rajasthan are beyond compare.
Rajasthani Culture had the glorious history. It is known for many brave Kings, their deeds, and their interest in art and architecture. Its name means “the land of rajas”. It was also called Rajputana. It is in the top for tourist attraction. It is also rich in its flora and fauna with some of the popular wildlife sanctuaries and national parks.
Rajasthan(Culture) is also famous for its unique dance styles. The Ghoomar dance from Udaipur and Kalbeliya dance of Jaisalmer have gained international recognition. Folk music is a vital part of the Rajasthani culture. Kathputali, Bhopa, Chang, Teratal, Ghindar, Kachchhighori dance etc. are the examples of the traditional Rajasthani culture. Folk songs are commonly ballads which relate heroic deeds and love stories, and religious or devotional songs known as bhajans and banis are also sung.
Art
Rajasthan is very famous for textiles, its stones and handicrafts and for its traditional colour art. Rajasthani furniture has intricate carvings and bright colours. Different types of printings are also famous for dye prints, bagaru prints, Sanganer prints which are major export from Rajasthan. The blue pottery of Jaipur is particularly noted.

Dresses and Culture

Many sweets like Ghevar Gare also famous here. Rajasthani food has a very good taste and it gives a unique identity to Rajasthan in the whole world.
