It’s never easy for a girl to go and hang out with friends till late night. Especially in state like Rajasthan and in most small cities going for hang out with friends is a taboo. Therefore it is necessary to tell people that girls are living with incomplete freedom, the freedom with But’s.
There is a young girl who took initiative to do something for women and girls. Instead of joining any women empowerment organization she became an entrepreneur, an entrepreneur for women empowerment. She opened The First women’s tea stall of India – Tapri “Three Addictions” stall chain where she serves tea to the half world, Girls & Women.
The name of this young entrepreneur is ” Priya Sachdev “
Rajasthan Blog would like to share what she said about her initiative:
“Being a girl it was necessary for me to let people know that we girls are living with incomplete freedom, the freedom with But’s. We were to hang out with our friends but have to return home before 9, is this complete freedom that was having”
So finally she decides to took an odd road to convey what freedom actually means to them. Freedom means feel free to do whatever your heart says without any but’s.
Tapri tea stall-three addictions are the finest way to convey her thoughts out.
Tea thadis are in our culture from very long but no one noticed girls crowd over there and on one bothered to know why?
They just got specified for boys. Then what if a girl wants to hang out with her friends over a sip of tea, where would she go? Home- no ways !!
So the idea was quite simple to convey her message. It was through The First women’s tea stall of India-Tapri, where girls can enjoy their freedom, can sip tea with friends, can gossip for hours over Maggie without any discomfort.
They also serve quickly to cook snacks like maggie, pasta, buns etc With 20+ varieties of tea and free wi-fi. You can have it all at their artistically designed thadi.
The first thadi of Tapri is located at Shubash Nagar, Udaipur and second one is at Panchwati Udaipur.
“After doing all such efforts it feels great to have positive feedback from my females customers and now I believe if I can then any one can.“ : Priya Sachdev
Rajasthan Blog appreciates Priya Sachdev for her initiative. A thought can change the world.
