Garmiya shuru hoti nahi ki chinta shuru ho jati hai ki kya khaye aur kya nahi khaye. Yeh mausam aapke liye bahut hanikarak tab sabit ho sakta hai jab aap apne khane peene ka dhyan nahi rakhenge.

Isme bita-caratein hota hai, jisme anti-oxidents hote hai. Isko khane se cancer aur koi bhi heart diseases aapko nahi hogi. Yeh skin ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hota hai, kyonki yeh skin ko oily nahi hone deta.

Garmi me yeh sabji khoob bajaar me milti hai. Isko khane se aapka blood pressure hamesha control me rahega.

• Kiwi :

Yeh fruit B1, B2, B3, Vitamin C, Vitamin K se bharpur hoti hai. Isko khane se aapke heart, teeth, kidney aur brain hamesha swasth rahenge. Yeh bones ke liye bhi bahut acha mana jata hai.

• Mango :

Aam bhala kisko pasand nahi hoga. Yeh garmi me khoob paya jata hai. Iss fruit me vitamin C aur iron ki achi matra hoti hai. Pregnancy ke samay isko jarur khaye.

• Watermelon (Tarbooj) :

Garmi me aksar aapke body me paani ki kami ho jati hai, aise me jaruri hai ki aap wo cheeje jarur khaye jisse sharir ka paani kabhi kam na ho. Tarbooj hamare body me pani ki kami ko pura karta hai. Garmi me specially ise khoob khaye kyonki isme sodium, potassium aur vitamin B se yeh bharpur hai.

• Ninmu pani :

Aap chahe to ninnbu pani pi sakte hain. Yah aapke tabiyat ko thik rakhega hi saath hi saath apako taro taja bhi rakhega.
